Once a solid substructure is fitted with appropriately spaced joists and the boards have been acclimated, you can begin. All clips fit into the grooves at the sides of the composite decking boards.
Start by attaching the first row of composite boards using one starter clip (TC-5/MG-3) per joist.
One locking clip (TC-1/MG-2) should be used in the middle of each board to allow for even expansion and contraction on both ends.
Standard clips (TC-2/MG-1) should be used in between each board on every joist.
